Hello, sweet peas!
I recently noticed that I haven’t taken part in a Top Ten Tuesday in a while. You know, that thing where you show ten books for a prompt and talk about them and talk to other people and stuff?
Because I forget to blog every once in a while. Pssst!
But today seems as good as any to start again and the prompt Jana put up is one of my favourites:
The Ten Most Recent Additions to My Bookshelf

It’s a book I was curious about and in the end I made a deal with a friend on Instagram – I would read this book if she would read one of my favourites. Good thing that my brother gave me the whole box for Christmas.I have already started but am not convinced yet.

I was surprised to hear that this book is apparently much better than Acotar. I was always under the impression, that the first book was the holy grail of books. But apparently not. Now everybody tells me that I have to hold on when reading the first book because the first is rather boring compared to the second one.

I haven’t heard anything about this book though. Is ist good? Does anybody know?

A book I’m really curious about. It’s neither a Miss Marple nor a Hercule Poirot book and I’m wondering what familiar characters will cross my path.

The last book I bought before my book buy ban! 🙂 I love YA science fiction, even if this one does not promise epic space battles. I alrealy took a peek and am mighty curious.

A murder mystery! And another of those books I bought before the ban. Did I tell you that I actually jogged over to the bookstore across the street during a break in a first aid class? I had roughly fifteen minutes.

I love a good Middlegrade book. 😀 Rumblestar promises adventures, magic and a miniature dragon. What more could a girl want? 🙂

Sky Song is another book by Abi Elphinstone and a standalone at that. The cover is in real life even more gorgeous and I can’t wait to read it.

Another new book back from November that I bought because Instagram made me so curious. I love fairytale retellings and this one promises to be gritty and dark. From the blurp I would actually wish for a dark and sad ending but we’ll see how that goes. 😅

With this book to I fell down the Instagram rabbithole. But Beauty and the Beast are one of my favourite retellings and the reviews to this book are all glorious, so I’m sure I will like it.

Well, I feel called out. Of all ten new books I have aquired in the last couple of weeks I haven’t read one. Wow. Now I’m just really glad I decided not to buy any books until June because…I mean, just look at this list.
Have you read any of the books on my list? Which one should I read first?

The Alan Bradley series is so good!
I hope you enjoy all of these books.
My TTT .
That Agatha Christie book looks good.
Here is our Top Ten Tuesday.
The ACOTAR series is a favorite of mine! Hope you enjoy them!
So far I have to admit I’m a little bored with the first book but I hope it’ll pick up.
I’ve just started in on Kemmerer’s book! 🙂
