Okay, not gonna lie; I feel tired and drained but the show must go on and I have not written an WWW post in a month. I’m not gonna go into detail about what I’ve read in that missing month – if you want to know about that, you should check out my wrap-up for September.

Fantastic Mr. Fox by Roald Dahl

I wanted to read a really short book before going to sleep the other day and decided on one of my old favourites – Fantastic Mr. Fox. It’s such a nice story. I really enjoyed rereading it after some time and might just pick up other old favourites this month.

Girl. Boy. Sea. by Chris Vick

I’m currently reading Girl. Boy. Sea. with my Middlegrade Marvels bookclub. I’m already done with the first section that we are gonna discuss on Saturday. So far I really like it, although I have to say, I don’t think this book fits into the middlegrade category.

Pighearted by Alex Perry

I’m reading Pighearted for an upcoming blogtour. So far I can already tell that that book has the potential for me to cry my eyes out over it. There is so much emotion in it and also there are many things that the characters don’t understand but the reader does which makes it all the more heartbreaking. I can’t wait to continue.

Dark Waters by Katherine Arden

I completely missed the release of Katherine Arden’s new book in the Small Spaces series. I’m really curious about this book and I know that it’s gonna be a perfect October read.
